The year of 2004 will bring about new challenges that will be a lot more difficult for some than others. The key to our success will weigh very heavily on how well we prepare individually and as a team. In the up and coming drills I be looking at ways to improve the Maint PLT, thereby improving the organization as a whole.A few key areas drill attendance, military appearance, military bearing, PT test scores, weapon qualification, CTT, drivers license and TA-50/initial issue. Although these are not the only area of concern I think it's a good starting point. You feedback is always welcome and I look forward to seeing each of you next drill!!!
